Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our Cosmetology business strives to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. To ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services, we have a cancellation and refund policy in place.
Cancellation Policy
We request that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. In case of no show, full charges will be applied.
Refund Policy
If a client is not satisfied with the service received, we will do our best to rectify the situation. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the discretion of management. Refunds will only be given for services that have been paid for in full and will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
