Yes, all of our stylists are required to pass state examinations. We also endorse continuing education at all levels of the trade.
QUESTION #4 WHAT SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
Our shop is clean and safe in terms of COVID-19 protocols. We regularly disinfect surfaces. Our restrooms are always clean and well-maintained.
QUESTION #5 WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR WORK?
If a client is not satisfied with the service received, we will do our best to rectify the situation. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the discretion of management. Refunds will only be given for services that have been paid for in full and will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
QUESTION #6 DO YOU WORK ON PUBLIC AND BANK HOLIDAYS?
We are closed on most holidays including Christmas and New Years.
